By accessing and using our services, including but not limited to our website, virtual server platforms, technical consulting, billing portal, and support tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

• Cloud-based VPS hosting (Linux, Windows, macOS)
• Dedicated server rentals and bare-metal offerings
• Developer-ready environments with pre-installed toolsets
• Technical consulting and support services
• Client dashboards for billing, service tracking, and support
• Optional rent-to-own hardware leases

3. Billing & Payments

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method. Late or missed payments may result in suspension.

4. Data & Access

You are responsible for managing your backups. While we maintain security, we are not responsible for data loss due to user action or intrusion.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use our infrastructure for unlawful activities, spamming, DDoS attacks, or hosting malware. Violation results in immediate suspension.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds are issued unless agreed in writing. You may cancel anytime; no prorated refunds apply.

7. Hardware Ownership & Delivery (Rent-to-Own)

Hardware ownership transfers after 12 full payments. You may request shipment for $99. Missed payments void ownership rights.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Data Collected

We collect name, contact info, billing data, IPs, and support logs.

8.2 How We Use It

To deliver services, maintain accounts, and comply with regulations.

8.3 Third-Party Services

We utilize Stripe, Proxmox, email delivery services. Each follows its own privacy rules.

8.4 Data Retention

Account data is stored for 7 years. Snapshots are deleted within 30 days of service termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, data loss, downtime, or misuse.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms. Major changes will be announced 15 days in advance.

11. Governing Law
