
Rent-To-Own Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Ownership Transfer
Ownership of the server will be transferred to the customer only after all monthly payments have been completed in full. Until then, the server remains the property of Piedmont Technical Consultants.
2. Payment Structure
Customers agree to pay a monthly amount based on the server's retail price divided over a 12-month period, plus an $80/month hosting & management fee. After the 12-month RTO period, the customer continues paying only the $80/month hosting fee.
3. Early Termination
If you cancel your RTO plan early, the server must be returned to Piedmont Technical Consultants or ownership can be negotiated at a prorated rate. Refunds will not be issued for prior payments.
4. Hardware Responsibility
You are responsible for the safe usage of the hardware. Physical damage, misuse, or tampering will result in repair/replacement fees. Managed support is optional and recommended.
5. Non-Payment
Failure to make payments within 7 days of the due date will result in suspension of the server and potential repossession. Access may be restored upon payment, but repeated missed payments may void your RTO agreement.
6. Final Ownership
Once all payments are made and the RTO period ends, the server is officially yours. Hosting fees will continue unless canceled. Shipping and ownership documentation will be provided upon request.
7. Support Options
Basic support is included. Priority support and monitoring options are available for an additional fee.
